摘要

中医针灸彪炳于中华民族传统医学宝库

绵延数千年而生生不息。与现代医学历经诸多基础理论对立乃至裂变、交叉甚至相融的发展趋势不同的是

中医针灸始终固本而开新

持守着自身的哲学思想根脉。有鉴于此

讨论中医针灸的哲学思想及其发展理路至关重要

关键要清晰回答中医针灸研究过程中面临的三大理论命题。首先需要探究中医针灸的古今之辩

核心议题涉猎《黄帝内经》的溯源及其哲学分流;其次还要探明中医针灸的内外之分

着重分析中医针灸起源于中国还是印度的问题;再次需要探析中医针灸的中西之别

重点要解析并矫正中医针灸与西方针灸之间的关系。由此论证中医针灸本体"一元"和发展"多元"的基本特征

进而延展出如何整体把握中医针灸的哲学根基及未来走向的现实命题。
