摘要

国内专家认为"干针"的实质是针刺入人体治疗疾病

属于针刺疗法的范畴

但这一认知并未能从针灸学的定义中体现出来。20世纪70年代以来针灸的各种定义都与中医理论紧密相连

在这个定义规范下

针灸学被限制在很小的范围内

这样做的弊端是限制了针灸理论的发展

缩小了针灸学的内涵

不利于中国传统针灸疗法的传播。无论是理论还是技术

当代针灸疗法的内涵都发生了很大的变化

不以中医理论为指导的针刺疗法主要有神经干刺激疗法、大脑皮层功能定位疗法、生物全息疗法、筋膜刺激疗法、激痛点疗法等

这些方法除了使用的器械与传统针灸学一样外

如果按照目前针灸学的定义

都不应算作针灸学。基于以上考虑

笔者试为针灸学定义如下:针灸学是研究以针法和灸法为代表的通过刺激机体来防治疾病的一类治疗器具的方法与机制的学科

其理论基础包括中国传统医学理论但不限于该理论。
