摘要

"头不可多灸"是指在古代以艾炷直接灸头部穴位时

要求灸量不可过大。杨继洲在《针灸大成·头不可多灸策》提出"首阳不可多灸"。东晋陈延之《小品方》记载:"如头上灸多

令人失精神。"唐代孙思邈《备急千金要方》提出"灸头正得满百"。北宋时期《黄帝明堂灸经》载:"凡灸头与四肢

皆不令多灸。"明代杨继洲《针灸大成·头不可多灸策》中论述了头多灸所引起的不良后果"若不察其机而多灸之

其能免夫头目旋眩、还视不明之咎乎"。"头不可多灸"除头部施灸的灸量有限定外

头部的部分腧穴(如头维、承光、脑户等)不能施灸。皇甫谧在《针灸甲乙经》中有头部禁灸腧穴的记载

在额角发际侠本神两傍各一寸五分……刺入五分

禁不可灸""承光

在五处后二寸……刺入三分

禁不可灸"。
