摘要

目的:观察"五针法"与常规取穴针刺治疗寒饮伏肺型哮病的临床疗效差异。方法:将210例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组105例

其中观察组脱落7例

对照组脱落6例。观察组主穴取肺俞、大椎、风门;对照组主穴取肺俞、中府、天突、膻中、孔最、定喘、丰隆、风门、太渊。两组均每次留针30 min

每日针刺1次

连续治疗12 d。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗第3、6、9、12天的单项症状体征(喘息、咳嗽、咯痰、胸膈满闷、哮鸣音、气短)积分变化

并比较临床疗效差异。结果:(1)单项症状体征:治疗第3、6、9、12天

两组患者的6项单项症状体征积分均低于治疗前

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

但除外对照组患者治疗第3天哮鸣音积分虽低于治疗前

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第3、6、9、12天

观察组患者喘息、哮鸣音和咳嗽积分均低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

但除外第3天观察组哮鸣音积分虽然低于对照组

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第3、6、9、12天

两组患者组间比较

咯痰、胸膈满闷和气短积分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

但除外第12 d

观察组胸膈满闷积分低于对照组

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)临床疗效:观察组临床治愈46例

显效39例

有效10例

无效3例

临床总有效率为96.9%;对照组临床治愈23例

显效43例

有效24例

无效9例

临床总有效率为90.9%

两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"五针法"针刺治疗寒饮伏肺型哮病疗效显著

优于常规取穴针刺法。
