摘要

目的:探索治疗肩袖损伤后肩关节疼痛的提高临床疗效的方法。方法:将120例肩袖损伤后肩关节疼痛患者随机分为电针组、康复组和针康组

每组40例。电针组仅采用电针治疗

穴位取患侧肩贞、肩髎、肩髃、天宗、肩前、臂臑

其中肩髎与肩髃、肩贞与天宗连接韩氏电针仪;康复组仅采用Mulligan动态关节松动术治疗

包括肩胛骨松动、静态关节松动及动态关节松动;针康组采用电针配合Mulligan动态关节松动术治疗。各组均每日治疗1次

每周治疗5次

共治疗6周。在治疗前及治疗6周后通过肩关节疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)评定、美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)、肩关节活动度(ROM)评定

并记录不良反应。结果:3组患者治疗后较治疗前VAS评分均有下降、UCLA评分均有上升、ROM均有提高(均P<0.05);针康组治疗后VAS评分、UCLA评分、ROM较电针组和康复组改善更明显(均P<0.05);在VAS、UCLA评分改善方面

电针组治疗后优于康复组(均P<0.05);在ROM改善方面

康复组治疗后优于电针组(均P<0.05)。各组治疗过程中无不良反应出现。结论:电针配合Mulligan动态关节松动术能改善肩袖损伤后肩关节疼痛

优于单纯电针及单纯关节松动术治疗。
