摘要

患者

男

50岁

因"情绪低落与过度兴奋交替出现7年余"

2016年6月1日于我科就诊。2009年9月因脑部外伤昏迷3 d

苏醒后出现嗅觉减退

伴有嗜睡、乏力、对周遭事物兴趣下降

时有兴奋狂躁。MRI示两侧额叶前部皮层区脑挫伤

以左侧明显。住院期间予脑出血常规治疗。2013年3月于上海某医院诊断为双相抑郁症

用西药碳酸锂、拉莫三嗪、富马酸喹硫平片等对症治疗

症状得到缓解

但仍有情绪低落与过度兴奋出现

服药后有双手颤抖、恶心欲吐等不良反应。刻诊:神志清楚
