患者

女

57岁

工人

于2016年9月19日就诊。主诉:声音嘶哑、胸闷气短6年余。现病史:2009年12月体检行甲状腺超声时发现甲状腺肿物

于当地医院行甲状腺腺叶部分切除术

术后病理示肿物为良性。患者术后即出现失声

伴气短

该状态持续半年余

期间未进行任何治疗。此后

患者自觉病情有所好转

可渐渐发出声音

但声音嘶哑、音调低沉

发声易疲劳、无力。2011年7月
