摘要

目的:观察蠡沟穴循经刺法为主治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将30例辨证为肝经湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎患者施以针刺治疗

穴取以蠡沟、曲泉、中极为主

其中蠡沟穴采用循经刺法

每日1次。以治疗6 d为一疗程

连续治疗3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗3个疗程后

患者临床症状及体征较治疗前明显好转

总有效率达到93.3%(28/30)。结论:蠡沟穴循经刺法为主治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著

可有效改善症状。
