摘要

随着针刺疗法在全球知名度不断提升

针刺安全性问题越来越受到大家的关注

客观、公正评价针刺安全性至关重要。针刺不良事件和针刺不良反应是针刺安全性研究中常用概念。笔者基于"不良事件"及"不良反应"概念的范畴

结合针刺自身特点

浅析针刺不良事件与针刺不良反应定义的内涵及特点

总结两者的联系和区别。针刺不良事件及针刺不良反应都属于不良医疗事件

但针刺不良事件既包括由针刺疗法导致的伤害

也包括与针刺疗法无关的伤害

而针刺不良反应是由针刺疗法自身导致的不良结局

与针刺疗法有确定因果关系

因此应用针刺不良反应概念评价针刺安全性更为客观、准确。
