摘要

"腿脚有疾风府寻"见于《肘后歌》

属于下病上取的远道取穴法。其治疗下肢疾病尤其治疗不安腿综合征的疗效显著

但对取穴思路却没有进行深入的理论解说。笔者认为可以从治病求本、全息对应、四海理论3个方面阐释"腿脚有疾风府寻"的中医理论

并附以典型病案

望能给针灸治疗下肢疾病的取穴提供有益的借鉴与思考。
