摘要

检索2006年1月至2016年12月中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、中国知识资源总库数据库(CNKI)及Pubmed数据库中

非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

NAFLD)发病机制研究以及针刺治疗NAFLD机制研究的文献

经分析总结

从下列5个方面阐述针刺治疗NAFLD的可能性机制:针刺调节脂代谢及参与脂代谢的相关信号通路;针刺改善胰岛素抵抗状态;针刺提高肝组织抗氧化水平

改善脂质过氧化状态;针刺抑制炎性反应因子表达;针刺改善肝细胞形态结构。最后结合针刺疗法的特点

从腧穴的特异性及配伍作用、针刺干预时机、针刺刺激参数、针刺与饮食调控结合干预4个角度对未来研究提出思考与展望。
