摘要

患者

男

56岁

公务员。就诊日期:2012年6月8日。主诉:腹痛、腹泻、肠鸣4余年。现病史:自2008年3月出现腹部发凉

肚脐似有凉风吹入

每因情志不遂则腹泻加重。严重时日泻约4至6次

腹泻时伴腹痛

痛引腰脊及睾丸

便后消失

常感腹内作响。曾先后求治于多家医院

查胃镜、肠镜无异常

经中西药物治疗(具体患诉不详)

症状时轻时重

疗效欠佳

遂求治于针灸。刻下症见:面色枯黄

痛苦面容

四肢倦怠无力

神志清

精神欠
