摘要

目的:观察电针大肠俞、上巨虚穴配合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效

探寻治疗SAP的有效疗法。方法:将120例SAP患者随机分为观察组与对照组

每组60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗

以静脉点注乌司他丁为主;观察组在对照组治疗基础上电针(疏密度

2 Hz/15 Hz)大肠俞、上巨虚穴

每天1次

每次20 min

两组疗程均为2周。记录两组患者排便恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间及住院时间;比较两组患者治疗前及治疗第3、8、14天血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、淀粉酶水平

以及急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ评分)的变化;比较两组疗效及中转手术或重症加强护理病房(ICU)例数。结果:观察组排便恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间早于对照组

住院时间短于对照组(均P<0.05);两组在第3、8、14天血清TNF-α、IL-6、淀粉酶及APACHEⅡ评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.0%(57/60)

优于对照组的81.7%(49/60

P<0.05);观察组中转手术1例、中转ICU 0例

对照组分别为3例、2例

组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:电针大肠俞、上巨虚穴配合乌司他丁治疗SAP有较好的临床疗效。
