摘要

患者

女

41岁

未婚未育

建筑设计师。初诊时间:2017年3月8日。主诉:经行腹痛28年伴子宫迅速增大1年。病史:从初潮月经即痛经

月经来潮时小腹剧烈疼痛

甚至恶心呕吐

服用止痛片尚能缓解

痛经逐年加重

发作时疼痛难忍

放射至腰骶椎

伴肛门坠胀

里急后重。近1年来腹痛从排卵后即开始

伴第5胸椎至腰骶部疼痛

持续至月经期结束。月经期勉强坚持工作必须服用复方对乙酰氨基酚片

每4小时
