患者

男

54岁

讲师

于2016年10月10日初诊。主诉:右侧下眼睑及口角不自主跳动1年余

加重1周。既往史:高血压病史10年

血压控制可;从事讲师工作

使用电脑较多;否认烟酒史。现病史:于2015年9月生气后出现右侧下眼睑不自主跳动

未予重视

2周后不慎感寒

出现同侧口角抽动
