摘要

患者

女

27岁。初诊日期:2016年10月12日。主诉:唇部反复干裂脱屑

经前、经期加重3年余。病史:3年前于兰州秋游2周

因天气干燥

饮水较少

又过食羊肉及辛辣之品

唇部出疮并皲裂起皮

未予重视。此后唇部反复干裂脱屑

有灼热感

时有渗血

伴夜间四肢痒。以上症状每于经前3 d左右加重

经后诸症状缓解

但唇部仍干裂。患者月经约29 d一行

持续
