摘要

探讨针刺操作时患者体位姿势的规范化。通过《内经》有关论述

结合临床针刺操作实践

认为针刺操作时患者体位姿势需要从《内经》来规范。规范的患者体位姿势是形神相得、形正神安实施针刺治疗的前提

是经穴开放、气血流畅的需要

是针刺中腧穴施行手法的要求。此三者相辅相成

使神气于经脉腧穴之中出入往返

调整人体阴阳平衡

从而达到治疗目的;同时提出了规范患者体位姿势的原则与具体方法

说明针刺操作时患者体位姿势规范化的重要临床意义。
