摘要

目的:比较温针灸与常规针刺治疗阳虚寒凝、络脉瘀阻型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效差异。方法:选择64例患者随机分为温针灸组和针刺组

每组32例。在降糖治疗基础上

温针灸组选择脾俞、肾俞、关元俞、足三里、冲阳、曲池、合谷穴进行温针灸治疗

针刺组取穴同温针灸组

只针不灸

均每日1次

每周连续治疗6 d休息1 d

共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状评分、多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto clinical scoring system

TCSS)评分及神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗后两组中医症状评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01)

且温针灸组低于针刺组(P<0.01)

组间治疗前后差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组TCSS评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01)

且温针灸组低于针刺组(P<0.05)

但组间治疗前后差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后

温针灸组胫神经及腓总神经运动神经传导速度、胫神经及腓肠神经感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05)

而针刺组仅胫神经运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度较治疗前有明显改善(均P<0.05)

但组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:温针灸和常规针刺治疗均可以改善阳虚寒凝、络脉瘀阻型DPN患者临床症状

提高神经传导速度

温针灸在改善症状方面显示出优势。
