患者

女

31岁

2015年10月14日就诊。主诉:呕吐反复发作10月余。病史:10个月前因生气进食后出现恶心呕吐

呕吐物为胃内容物

每日2

次

每次量205次

每次量20

0 g

持续数日无缓解

于当地医院就诊

行上消化道钡餐、胃镜及颅脑磁共振检查均未见明显异常

诊断为"神经性呕吐"。先后给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、吗丁啉、阿普唑仑片、舒必利片等口服及针灸治疗

呕吐症状有所缓解

但仍时有发作

经前尤甚

经后减轻。半个月前患者正值经前再次因生气导致呕吐发作
