摘要

《内经》中足阳明胃经的是动病提到的"独闭户塞牖而处"等病候与抑郁症的表现相似。而当下医家论治抑郁症多从五脏藏神的角度辨证

较少从足阳明胃经考虑。本文从足阳明胃经"独闭户塞牖而处"的病候入手

从气血变动、阴阳相争的角度分析足阳明胃经病候与抑郁症的关系。并论述足阳明胃经与气血、五脏气机、心以及脑之间的密切关系

以探讨从其论治抑郁症之机理。总结足阳明胃经论治抑郁症的文献记载及现代研究

望能为治疗抑郁症提供更多临床思路。
