摘要

结合现代医学对肥胖症主要病理机制是持续的慢性低炎性反应状态

导致机体免疫反应中"促炎"和"抗炎"平衡被破坏的认识

围绕中医理论关于肥胖是气虚基础上"郁热、痰热、湿热、瘀热"滞留所致的正虚邪实病理本质

探讨了穴位埋线治疗肥胖的作用机制:可能是通过激发机体的先天固有免疫反应模式

产生新的炎性反应

增强了机体免疫系统中抗炎吞噬清除能力

从而起到纠正脂肪组织的分泌紊乱、缓解代谢性炎性反应状态的作用。这种"以炎制炎"的作用模式

可能是穴位埋线疗法改善肥胖症的主要作用机制。
