摘要

患者

女

66岁。初诊日期:2016年12月22日。主诉:双下肢乏力4月余。4个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢乏力

伴活动不利

自觉双下肢僵硬

屈曲时感疼痛

休息后不能缓解。曾至多家医院就诊

行头颅MRI提示小范围缺血灶;肌电图提示右侧上下肢SEP(体感诱发电位)异常

右正中神经、腓总神经CMAP(复合肌肉动作电位)波幅相对降低。既往肝硬化病史2年

有胃底静脉曲张

曾出现肝昏迷

予对症支持治疗后病情好转。诊断为"自身免疫性肝炎""肝性脊髓病"
