摘要

目的:统计近20年来针刺治疗原发性高血压病的临床研究文献

分析其现状与存在的问题。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据网(VIP)、万方数据库1997—2016年间涉及针刺治疗原发性高血压病的临床研究文献

纳入符合标准的文献218篇

采用Microsoft Excel、SPSS Clementine软件中Apriori算法等进行信息挖掘。结果:经统计发现针刺治疗原发性高血压病的主穴主要为太冲、曲池、足三里、合谷

但是其支持度较低仅为12.21%;随机对照文献127篇

占58.26%;有明确诊断标准的文献158篇

占72.48%;明确提出疗效判定标准的138篇

占63.30%;经Jadad分析统计仅11篇(5.05%)为高质量文献。结论:近20年针刺治疗原发性高血压病取穴有一定的规律可循

但其支持度偏低

不能准确指导临床治疗。虽然针刺治疗原发性高血压病的临床文献质量不断提高

但高质量文献所占比例仍较低

故应严格按照现代医学研究模式

借鉴国外同类研究

设计更为严谨的试验方案

从而不断提高临床研究的质量

为今后临床治疗提供经验参考。
