摘要

目的:观察对比穴位埋线辅助西药与单纯西药治疗对原发性高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响

探讨其作用机制。方法:将125例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组(62例

脱落2例)、对照组(63例

脱落3例)。对照组单纯予洛汀新(10 mg

每天1次)口服治疗

观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合穴位埋线治疗

取风池、肝俞、肾俞、曲池、足三里、三阴交、太冲穴

每两周1次

6次为一疗程。两组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。记录两组治疗前后血压及血管内皮损伤标志物:内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平。另外收集60例健康者检测ET-1、NO、hsCRP。结果:两组治疗后舒张压、收缩压均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)

且观察组较对照组下降显著(P<0.01

P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者与健康组比较

ET-1、hsCRP升高

而NO降低(均P<0.05);治疗后两组患者均较治疗前ET-1、hsCRP水平降低

NO升高(均P<0.05)

且观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05)

观察组治疗后NO、hsCRP水平与健康组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组显效率与总有效率均优于对照组[70.0%(42/60)vs 33.3%(20/60)

P<0.01;96.7(58/60)vs 85.0%(51/60)

P<0.05]。结论:原发性高血压患者存在血管内皮功能损伤

在西药洛汀新治疗基础上

穴位埋线辅助治疗对原发性高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能有显著改善作用。
