《伤寒论》中

仲景在为数不多的针灸处方中使用期门穴次数最多。期门作为肝之募穴

是疏肝理气、调畅气机的要穴

临床常用治疗气血运行不畅所致的胁肋胀痛、癥瘕积聚等症。本文基于六经开阖枢理论、厥阴经的循行特殊性以及期门穴的穴性特点

对伤寒诸症使用期门穴治疗之理进行较为深入的剖析

旨在加强中医临床对期门穴的重视与应用

同时对加深仲景辨证论治学术思想的理解大有裨益。
