摘要

目的:观察采用"拔河对刺、补泻兼施法"治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:120例顽固性周围性面瘫

其中痰瘀阻络型62例

气虚血瘀型58例

取患侧阳白、皱眉穴、眼肌穴、攒竹与上迎香、地仓与口禾髎、地仓与颊车、风池、合谷等

并依据辨证配穴

采用"拔河对刺、补泻兼施法"

并于患侧面部加闪罐

每天1次

6 d为一疗程

连续治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:经治疗

两种证型患者功能分级情况均较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05)

痰瘀阻络证有效率为85.5%(53/62)

气虚血瘀证有效率为86.2%(50/58)。结论:"拔河对刺、补泻兼施法"治疗顽固性周围性面瘫临床疗效显著。
