摘要

目的:比较针刺五脏俞加膈俞配神门穴与常规西药治疗女性更年期失眠的临床疗效差异。方法:将128例女性更年期失眠患者随机分为观察组与对照组

每组64例。其中观察组4例患者退出

对照组2例患者退出。观察组针刺肺俞、心俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、膈俞、神门穴

每日1次

每治疗5 d休息2 d。对照组每晚睡前口服西药阿普唑仑0.4 mg或0.8 mg。两组均治疗3周为一疗程

连续治疗3个疗程。于治疗前和结束后30 d

观察两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index

PSQI)和血清雌二醇(estradiol

E_2)、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone

FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone

LH)水平

并于治疗结束后30 d进行疗效评价。结果:治疗结束后30 d两组患者PSQI各项指标评分及总分均低于治疗前(均P<0.05)

且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗结束后30 d两组患者E_2水平高于治疗前、FSH及LH水平低于治疗前(均P<0.05)

且观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.3%(59/60)

优于对照组的95.2%(59/62

P<0.05)。结论:针刺五脏俞加膈俞配神门穴治疗女性更年期失眠有较好的疗效

优于西药阿普唑仑治疗。
