以"双固一通"针灸法为核心

强调"正气"在疾病防治中的重要作用

提出"标本配穴"法

并对"标本配穴"的中医理论基础和意义内涵、重点腧穴的配伍运用及在心血管系统、消化系统、免疫系统等疾病中的研究进展等进行介绍

以期为针灸腧穴选择提供可资借鉴的理论依据

丰富针灸腧穴配伍的内容。
