摘要

目的:比较风市穴直立位人工测量与仰卧位人工测量定位的不同

以明确定位。方法:对197名志愿者进行风市穴直立位人工测量、并对其中92名志愿者进行仰卧位人工测量

比较两种测量方法间的不同。结果:直立位人工测量结果显示

股骨大转子至腘横纹距离为(39.27±3.83)cm[男性为(39.96±4.21)cm

女性为(38.82±3.49)cm

P<0.05];中指尖至腘横纹距离为(19.08±2.97)cm[男性为(18.96±3.50)cm

女性为(19.16±2.58)cm];折算后得出风市穴位于腘横纹上(9.28±1.44)寸[男性(9.07±1.64)寸

女性(9.42±1.29)寸]。仰卧位人工测量结果显示

股骨大转子至腘横纹距离为(41.89±3.88)cm[男性为(42.36±3.88)cm

女性为(41.67±3.89)cm]

中指尖至腘横纹距离为(23.01±3.37)cm[男性为(22.50±3.73)cm

女性为(23.25±3.20)cm];折算后得出风市穴位于腘横纹上(10.51±1.69)寸[男性为(10.16±1.75)寸

女性为(10.67±1.63)寸]。结论:风市穴位于股部

腘横纹上9寸(髌底上7寸)

髂胫束后缘。直立位简便取穴法:直立垂手

掌心贴于大腿时

中指尖所指凹陷中。仰卧位简便取穴法:仰卧平躺

掌心贴于大腿外侧中央

中指尖所指凹陷中约直下1寸处。女性风市穴定位略高于男性。
