肩手综合征(shoulder hand syndrome

SHS)也称反射性交感神经营养不良综合征(reflex sympathetic dystrophy

RSD)

是脑卒中后常见的并发症

患者常出现肩关节及手部肿痛、活动受限或伴有皮色改变。关节活动受限表现为手被动旋后

腕背伸受限

手指拘挛

伸展受限

被动活动时可引起疼痛。如不对此干预

晚期则会出现患手畸形

虽无水肿和疼痛

但关节的活动将永久丧失。因此肩手综合征的预防相当
