摘要

《内经》"开阖枢"是对六经气化功能的形象比喻

说明六经之间生理、病理及内在联系。现代医家通过对中医古典医籍及现代文献的分析

发现手足同名经脉之间以及脏腑之间有着特殊的关系

即手足同名经之间具有"同气相应""同气相求"的相通关系;而脏腑之间除了常规的表里属络关系

还具有别通关系。两者与"开阖枢"关系密切

是"开阖枢"理论的继承与发展

对指导临床针刺镇痛选穴具有重要的意义。
