摘要

患者

女

60岁

主因"右侧口眼歪斜2 d"于2017年1月30日于针灸科门诊初诊。病史:2017年1月28日乘坐公交车毗邻窗户

吹风受凉后出现右侧口眼歪斜

右眼无法完全闭合

右侧口角鼓腮时漏气

休息后未见好转

遂至针灸科就诊。既往史:否认糖尿病、高血压病、消化道溃疡等病史。体格检查:内科查体(-)。神经系统:右侧额纹消失

右侧抬眉
