摘要

笔者自2016年2月至2017年2月采用"手六针"巨刺法配合运动疗法治疗肩周炎32例

现报道如下。1临床资料32例肩周炎患者皆来源于山东中医药大学附属医院门诊

其中男14例

女18例;年龄45～62岁

平均54.5岁;病程最短2周

最长3个月

平均1个月。其临床表现为不同程度肩部疼痛

夜间为甚

肩关节活动受限

多因天气变化或过度劳累诱发。以上病例参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》

且处于疼痛期。
