摘要

目的:评价术前、术后不同时机艾灸对促进腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法:将108例患者随机分为术前艾灸组(36例)、术后艾灸组(36例

1例剔除)、对照组(36例

1例剔除)。3组均接受腹腔镜术后常规护理

术前艾灸组与术后艾灸组分别从术前1d、术后6h开始艾灸双侧足三里

每穴20min

至患者出现首次排气或排便即停止干预。记录各组患者首次自主排气或排便时间、耐受固体食物时间、术后1

d视觉模拟量表(VAS)腹痛评分及干预期间的不良反应。结果:与术后艾灸组、对照组比较
