摘要

目的:在常规西医治疗基础上

评价电针联合耳穴贴压治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后肛门疼痛的临床疗效

探寻提高疗效的方法。方法:将90例行外剥内扎术的混合痔患者随机分为电针组、耳穴贴压组和电针联合耳穴贴压组(针耳联合组)

每组30例。3组均在术前30min进行干预

电针组予下髎、长强穴电针治疗

每天1次;耳穴贴压组取穴双耳神门、皮质下、交感及肛门

予耳穴贴压

min;针耳联合组为电针加耳穴贴压联合干预。3组均在疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分

6分时口服氨酚双氢可待因。比较3组患者术后第4、12、24、48、72小时各时间点肛门疼痛VAS和肢体活动评分情况;术后第15 min;针耳联合组为电针加耳穴贴压联合干预。3组均在疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分

电针镇痛起效快

耳穴贴压镇痛持续时间长

两者联合应用具有较好的协同作用。
