摘要

患者

男

67岁。就诊日期:2017年6月3日15:30。主诉:由脐部开始逐渐延伸至腰部灼热不适2年。现病史:2年前因家中变故

受惊后于每日入睡前出现脐部发热感

无腹痛、二便障碍等不适

热敷或用手掌局部按揉后方可入睡

醒后无明显不适

后症状逐渐加重

不适感范围扩大

发热感于每日入睡前(约21:00)由脐部开始

沿脐部水平向两侧扩展

至腰部约命门穴处

同时伴随紧缩感、偶尔有发凉感

影响睡眠

上述症状至第2日下午(约17:00)方可缓解。曾经接受过中医、针灸及西医治疗

中医以疏肝、镇惊、补肾中药为主

针刺治疗以合谷、太
