摘要

目的:探讨穴位电敏现象与规律以协助临床诊断、治疗

从而提高临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据资源系统、PubMed、EMBASE

并结合手工检索

收集穴位电敏相关文献

建立穴位电敏现代文献数据库

运用文献计量学分析穴位电敏现象中检测指标、穴位、经脉及疾病的关系

探讨其潜在规律。结果:穴位电敏现象常用的检测指标为电阻、惯性面积、伏安面积、导电量、电位、电流和电容。电敏穴位涉及经穴、耳穴和特定穴

其中又以特定穴最易发生电敏。结论:穴位电敏主要表现为电阻抗特性和伏安特性

穴位电敏现象与脏腑病证存在相对特异性。临床可通过探测穴位电敏现象来协助诊断、指导选穴以提高临床疗效。
