摘要

患者

女

22岁。就诊日期:2017年7月18日。主诉:四肢麻木、无力并进行性加重3周

排尿困难2周。现病史:于3周前在国外时无明显诱因出现一过性黑蒙、意识丧失伴跌倒

数分钟后自行恢复

无抽搐

此后自觉行走时双足麻木无力

病情进行性加重

麻木逐渐进展至双侧小腿

2周前出现站立不能伴跌倒数次

双上肢活动不利

双手和胸部麻木

同时出现排尿困难

立即回国

至北京某三甲医院急诊科就诊

予留置导尿管治疗。既往体健

5年前独自
