摘要

患者

女

47岁。初诊日期:2017年2月15日。主诉:饮水呛咳2月余。病史:于10年前无明显诱因间断出现右耳听力下降、耳鸣

伴右侧面部麻木

无头痛及恶心呕吐等症状

未予重视。2个月前症状呈进行性加重

查头颅MRI示右侧桥脑小脑角区异常信号影

诊断为听神经鞘瘤。于本市某医院行右乙状窦后入路开颅肿瘤切除术

术后出现饮水呛咳、吞咽困难等并发症

就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科门诊。刻下症:神清

精神欠佳

饮水呛咳

吞咽困难

伴食物反流

纳食欠佳

寐欠安

二便调

舌暗红、苔薄白

脉
