摘要

目的:观察针灸联合中药并用治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效。方法:30例患者根据子宫腺肌症的不同证型采用针灸与中药相结合治疗。针灸主穴取子宫、气海、中极、八髎、肾俞等

在月经前7天开始针灸

每日1次

至月经来潮停止;同时服用自拟益气止痛化癥汤

每日1剂

分2次口服

连续治疗3个月经周期

观察其临床疗效。结果:30例患者5例临床控制

9例显效

12例有效

4例无效

总有效率为86.7%。结论:针灸与中药并用根据中医辨证分型治疗子宫腺肌症疗效较好。
