摘要

患者

男

40岁

铁路工人

于2017年3月24日就诊。主诉:右足大趾凉痛、间歇性跛行3个月

加重1周。现病史:3个月前

工作时受凉后出现右足大趾发凉、怕冷、麻木、疼痛

局部皮肤青紫

休息或热敷后症状可缓解

遇寒或行走后加重(自述行走约1000m即出现跛行)。近1周

凉痛感加重

夜间疼痛尤甚

正常行走约300m便已跛行。既往有近20年吸烟史

日均15支。于本市某三甲医院诊断为"右下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(局部缺血期)"

经人介绍来河南中医药大学第三附属医院针灸科就诊。刻诊:右足大趾发凉、疼痛

局部皮色青紫

皮温极低

趺阳脉较健侧稍弱

步履艰难

痛苦面容

面色暗淡不华

喜暖畏
