摘要

目的:观察温和灸对原发性痛经(PD)患者子宫微循环状态的影响

探讨温和灸治疗PD的可能机制。方法:将30例患者随机分为治疗组及等待组

每组15例

并选取15名健康者为健康组。治疗组穴取关元、三阴交

予温和灸治疗

于经前5

d开始治疗至月经来潮

每天1次

每次20 min

治疗3个月经周期;等待组与健康组不予任何干预。分别在治疗前及治疗3个月经周期后进行三维多普勒超声检查

观察子宫动脉血流动力学相关参数子宫动脉收缩期血流速度(Vs)、子宫动脉舒张期血流速度(Vd)、平均速度(Vm)、收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)的变化。结果:治疗前与健康组比较

治疗组和等待组Vs、Vd、Vm降低

治疗组S/D、PI、RI增高(均P

0.05)

等待组S/D、PI、RI差异无统计学意义(均P

0.05)。治疗组治疗3个月经周期后Vs、Vd、Vm升高(均P

0.05)

S/D、PI、RI降低(均P

0.05);等待组与健康组试验前后各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P

0.05)。治疗后治疗组Vs、Vd、Vm高于等待组(均P

0.05)。结论:温和灸能明显改善PD患者子宫微循环状态

可提高子宫血流速度和降低血管阻力。
