摘要

目的:观察"通调三焦针刺法"配合围刺治疗女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:30例女性黄褐斑患者予以"通调三焦针刺法"

穴取膻中、中脘、天枢、气海、关元、水道、归来

加局部围刺

前2周每日1次

每周5次

后6周隔日1次

共治疗8周。观察患者治疗前后皮损评分并评定疗效。结果:经治疗8周

30例患者中基本治愈7例

显效12例

好转9例

无效2例

总有效率为93.3%。2个月后进行随访

28例有效患者中有1例轻度复发。结论:"通调三焦针刺法"配合围刺可明显改善女性黄褐斑患者的面部皮损

疗效显著。
