摘要

小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎(mesenteric lymphadenitis

ML)是发生于回肠、结肠区域的肠系膜淋巴结的炎性反应

好发于儿童及18岁以下青少年

尤多见于7岁以下儿童

经常出现于急性上呼吸道感染病中或者发生于肠道感染之后

是引起儿童腹痛的常见病因之一

。笔者采用针刺"尺腹"、公孙穴配合隔药灸脐法治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎26例

现报道如下。
