回顾阑尾穴发现与应用的经过

阐述其对针灸传承创新的启示。计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、重庆维普全文数据库(VIP)等数据库

检索关键词为阑尾穴、针刺/针灸

检索时间段为建库至2017年4月。辅以参考文献追溯

查阅国内外相关书刊。根据撰写目的

筛选文献和提取资料

进行系统的梳理和分析。结果表明

阑尾穴不是一个点

而是一个区

是经络理论体系下内脏-体表关联的反映。阑尾穴的发现应用是中西结合的产物

其最佳适应证是单纯性阑尾炎

一旦出现粘连、化脓和穿孔

应首选手术治疗。提示针灸要提高临床疗效和避免临床事故

必须坚持自身理论体系的合理内核

加强与现代医学的交流学习。
