摘要

通过对古今针灸疗法临床思维的多态性分析

认为针灸疗法的指导理论体系呈现多样性

经典经络系统只是针灸疗法理论体系的主要组成之一

古今针灸临床都没有将经典经络系统作为指导针灸临床治疗选穴的唯一和纯化的理论体系。古代有局部病灶直接选穴或选位、按经典经络理论选穴、按腧穴主治选穴、按病选穴、按证候群选穴、按病寒热虚实选穴、脉候选穴、按时选穴

按经脉之标本、终始、根结选穴以及按针具指导临床等

内容十分丰富。现代针灸临床除上述古代理论外

更有西医解剖学等现代理论的应用

而且也有现代建立的各种微针体系和新疗法新理论。通过对古今针灸疗法理论多样性的分析

初步提出针灸疗法理论体系的重构设想

即应包括经典理论体系和现代理论体系。经典理论体系可大体上分经典经络系统、经典非经络(经络以外)的理论体系和经典中医理论体系;现代理论体系应包括神经系(线性联系)和非神经系(非线性联系)两大体系。
