摘要

目的:探讨穴位热敏现象及其规律

以期能指导临床及进一步研究。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据资源系统、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino MED)2017年5月11日之前的有关热敏现象的现代文献

通过文献计量学分析热敏现象涉及穴位和干预措施的研究趋势及其部位、检测指标、涉及疾病。结果:在纳入的201篇文献中

健康人的文献量最多(35篇)

热敏穴以命门为主(8篇);检测指标方面

以个体饱和消敏量的文献量最多(125篇)

热敏穴以足太阳膀胱经穴为主(66篇)

主要涉及伤筋病患者(29篇);红外辐射特性的文献量次之(61篇)

主要涉及健康人(23篇)。结论:本研究认为热敏现象具有规律性

且检测指标在检测疾病热敏穴时具有一定特异性。
