摘要

针灸界普遍认为针刺远道取穴的原理是由于针刺感传

笔者在临床工作中发现这并不能解释所有的临床现象。通过查阅大量文献

笔者发现从经络起源就包涵了腧穴非点实面的思想

突出了针刺取穴的动态变化。传统的经络学说中只强调了经络感传现象

而忽视了经络的感应现象。感传现象存在于线性关系中

而感应现象强调了点面之间的关系。
