摘要

目的:观察电针"盆腔点"为主治疗盆腔积液的临床疗效。方法:30例盆腔积液患者

采用针刺结合电针治疗

穴取"盆腔点"(位于两侧髂脊最高点内侧三横指处)、天枢、气海、大巨、血海、足三里、三阴交

"盆腔点"加电针

选用断续波

留针30 min。每日治疗1次

10次为一疗程

疗程间隔2

治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:痊愈10例

显效12例

有效6例

无效2例。总有效率为93.3%。结论:电针"盆腔点"为主治疗盆腔积液疗效较好。
