患者

女

22岁

于2017年9月8日就诊。主诉:大便秘结10年余。病史:自初中开始大便秘结粪质干

大便量少

无便意

d一行

甚则75 d一行

甚则7

0 d不排便

粪便为干硬羊屎状或块状

偶伴有腹胀

平素怕冷

手足冰凉

有口服泻药史(具体不详)曾服数月中药(具体不详)治疗

效不佳。遂来山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科就诊。刻下症:大便秘结
